Installation steps in text
1.Check the horizontal/vertical directions, mark the drilling spots, and remove the installation guide.
2.Mark the four punch points on the wall using the installation instructions. Use a drill to punch holes in the marked punch points. Make sure the holes are perpendicular to the wall. The diameter of the hole is approximately 14mm, so please choose a Hammer Drill with a diameter of 14mm. (①Solid Concrete Wall, hole depth 50~80mm; ②When drilling holes in tiles, please do not use hammering. The depth of the hole is recommended to be around 70mm~80mm; ③Multi Hole Brick Wall/Solid Brick Wall, the depth of the hole is 70mm or longer.)
3.If you have an Air Injector, you can clean the inside of the holes with the Air Injector. If you don't have an Air Injector, you can simply clean the holes with a stick.
4.Insert the fixing bolts into the holes and secure them with an anchor hammer. The fixing bolts should be inserted at the same level as the concrete wall. After fixing, the bolt should protrude at least 70 mm from the wall surface.
5.Add a cushion and nut to each of the four retaining bolts and tighten it so that the retaining bolts rise apart. When finished, remove the nuts and retain the cushion.
6.Install a damping gasket on each of the 4 fixing bolts.
7.Remove the washing machine shell (a total of four screws) to facilitate the installation of the washing machine drain, water inlet pipe, power cord.
8.Install the drain hose: Put the Hose clamp on the drain hose and insert it into the drain hose connection on the washer. Tighten the Hose clamp. (It is recommended to refer to the video operation)
9. Installation of the inlet pipe (it is recommended to refer to the video operation).
10.To install the power cord, insert the power cord into the power cord hole in the base of the outer barrel. Then, use pliers to rotate the power cord bay 90 degrees and straighten the power cord to pass the power cord through the hole. (It is recommended to refer to the video operation).
11.Mount the washing machine on the wall. After placing the washing machine, place spacers on the exposed fixing bolts and then secure the four fixing bolts with nuts. This way the washing machine is fixed to the wall.
12.Connect the tap adapter (inlet tee) to the tap and secure it. Then connect the inlet hose to the adapter.
13.Firstly, temporarily fix the washer panel (washer housing) to the washer. Then, turn on the water tap and check for water leakage at the tap connection. Finally switch on the power and carry out a test run to identify any faults, disturbing noises or leaks.
14.If there is a problem, remove the cover and check the air inlet/drain valves, wiring/hoses. or any parts on the washer.
15.Check the washer panel (washer housing) and secure it with screws. This completes the installation.
