If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can apply for return and refund.

 

Return Policy

Returns are subject to LECHO Shop sales and refund policies. For items eligible for return, please request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

LECHO Washing Machine Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the LECHO Washing Machine you purchased, you can return the undamaged LECHO Washing Machine within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the LECHO Washing Machine for a refund. The LECHO Washing Machine must be returned in its original packaging, which contains all accessories, manuals and instructions.

 

Invoice processing

If you apply for an electronic general invoice, the original invoice will become invalid after the return is completed. If you are making a partial return, an invoice for the unreturned merchandise will be sent to your email or phone number after the return is completed.

 

If you requested and received a paper general invoice, you must return it with the merchandise. If your invoice contains non-returnable goods, please call customer service after returning the invoice and completing the return and refund.

 

If you are a corporate user and have applied for and received a special VAT invoice, please return the special invoice that has not been certified for deduction to LECHO for subsequent return processing. If the special invoice has been certified for deduction, please apply for a red letter notice yourself and submit the red letter notice Send a copy of the invoice back to LECHO.

 

How to return goods?

To return items to LECHO, please first log in to the order list page using your LECHO Web ID and password.

Once logged in, you will see your most recent orders. After copying the order information, contact customer service staff to apply for a refund.

 

We offer free door-to-door pickup service. Please wait for the carrier to contact you and pick up your returned item on the scheduled date.

If your location is outside our carrier's pickup and delivery coverage area, you will be instructed to send your returned merchandise to the nearest carrier location.

 

Return status

Visit the Order List page to view your latest return information.

 

Refund

Once the LECHO Returns Center receives the returned items and detects them as correct, your refund will be processed immediately. The time it takes for you to receive your refund will vary based on the payment method used when ordering.

For international credit card payments, LECHO will complete the refund within 2 weeks.

For Paypal payment, LECHO will complete the refund within 5 working days.

Apple Pay and LECHO will complete the refund within 7 working days.

Amazon Pay, LECHO will complete the refund operation within 7 working days.

For installment payments, LECHO will complete the refund within 5 working days. If you choose to return all or part of the order, your card issuer may recalculate your repayment amount and handling fee for each installment. All refunds will be credited to your credit card.

For wire transfer, please contact service@lecho-electrics.com and provide the bank account information of the order holder. LECHO will complete the refund operation within 6 working days.

To find out when your refund will be credited to your account or for any other questions please contact Paypal, Amazon Pay or your card issuing bank.

 

There is something wrong with the product

If you received the wrong item, or it was damaged during shipping, please contact LECHO customer service at service@lecho-electrics.com, available from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. on weekends to 9pm, excluding public holidays.
